Airmid

Airmid is a new health management app from TPP. Airmid allows you to coordinate your care across the NHS, from requesting medication, to booking appointments and video consultations.

Through Airmid you can:

  • Book appointments, view upcoming appointments and add appointment reminders to your calendar
  • Check in for your appointments via the app when in surgery
  • Change your nominated pharmacy
  • Request medication
  • View your medical records, which includes; consultation notes, medication history, vaccination history, allergy/drug sensitivities, procedure history, correspondences e.g. referral/discharge letters, test results (pathology/radiology reports)
  • Import and chart health data from your personal device such as Apple Health and Google Fit

You can login to Airmid using your SystmOnline Username and Password if you have them. Otherwise, Airmid allows you to use your NHS Login. For help with creating an NHS login, see the NHS website and for how to use your NHS login on Airmid, watch this video tutorial. Following initial setup, you can choose to authenticate your login with biometrics such as Face ID or Touch ID to ensure quick access.

SystmOnline

SystmOnline is a website which allows patients to view their electronic medical record as well as providing other features such as appointment management or ordering repeat prescriptions

  • Booking and cancelling appointments
  • Viewing test results
  • Ordering repeat prescriptions
  • Viewing your patient record
  • Amending your personal details

For best user experience, we recommend using SystmOnline on a laptop or desktop computer, whilst SystmOnline is available in app form it is no longer being updated. We would therefore highly recommend using Airmid as this has replaced the SystmOnline app.

For a SystmOnline login, you will need to visit your local surgery with a recognised form of identification to register.

NHS App

Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. To use the NHS App you must be aged 13 or over and registered with a GP surgery in England. You can also access NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer. Go to www.nhs.uk/app

Use your NHS account to:

  • get your NHS COVID Pass – view and download your COVID Pass for travel abroad
  • get advice about coronavirus – get information about coronavirus and find out what to do if you think you have it
  • order repeat prescriptions - see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to
  • book appointments - search for, book and cancel appointments at your GP surgery, and see details of your upcoming and past appointments
  • get health advice - search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments. You can also answer questions to get instant advice or medical help near you
  • view your health record - securely access your GP health record, to see information like your allergies and your current and past medicines. If your GP has given you access to your detailed medical record, you can also see information like test results and details of your consultations
  • register your organ donation decision - choose to donate some or all of your organs and check your registered decision
  • find out how the NHS uses your data - choose if data from your health records is shared for research and planning
  • view your NHS number - find out what your NHS number is
